RedRockRehab has a team of experienced medical professionals who specialize in PM&R (Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation) called Physiatrists. Our team includes: doctors (MD + DO's), physician assistants (PA's), and a physical therapist (PT). A Physiatrist is a doctor (MD or DO) who, after 4 years of medical school, has completed an additional 4 year residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. We treat patients with physical and cognitive impairments and are experts at addressing how medical comorbidities affect a person's function. We work with patients to restore and improve their functional status.
RedRockRehab treats patients with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological and complex medical conditions in an Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation setting and an outpatient clinic. Some diagnoses we specialize in (but are not limited to) are: Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke, Traumatic Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Amputee, Cancer, Major joint surgeries, Sepsis, Critical Illness involving intubation and tube feeding, Multitrauma, etc.
Some services we help provide are: Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation, spasticity management, peripheral joint injections, wheelchair evaluations, specialized amputee care, hospice + palliative care services, remote patient monitoring services + chronic care management, independent medical examinations + expert witness testimony.
RedRockRehab partners with Proactive Health to provide Remote Patient Monitoring services in the home setting to prevent hospital readmissions
